Seven Days Six Night Tour

Plan 1

Day 1

Morning leave to Anuradhapura on the way visit to wilpattu national park.lunch at puttalam or wilpattu. Night stay at Anuradhapura.

Day 2

Morning visit to Anuradhapura site and mihintale . anuradhapura was a first capital of sri lanka from 4 b.c to 10 ad.mihintale was the first ever declared sanctuary in the world. After visiting to those places go to habarana stay at habarana or sigirya.

Day 3

Morning proceed to kandy after visiting to sigiriya fortress and dambulla cave temple. Sight scene at kandy , cuturel dance show and tooth relic temple.stay at kandy.

Day 4

Morning visit to the botanical garden at peradeniya.then leave to nuwaraeliya hart of the tea country visit the states and factory en route.stay at nuwaraeliya. ( if you wish you can go to nuwareliya by train as well)

Day 5

Morning leave for Tissamaharama via Koslanda. Afternoon visit Yala National park. Overnight Tissamaharama.

Day 6

Morning leave for Galle the 17th Dutch fortified city, sightseeing in Galle. Afternoon proceed to Hikkaduwa. At leisure on the beach. Overnight Hikkaduwa.

Day 7

Morning leave for Colombo. Afternoon shopping sightseeing in Colombo.

Plan 2

Day 1

Morning leave for Anuradhapura ancient capital 3rd century BC -8th century AD. Visiting Negombo en route. Lunch at Anuradhapura. Afternoon –Sightseeing. Overnight Anuradhapura.

Day 2

Morning leave to nilaveli/trinco for beach stay.while you are staying at the beach you can do the snorkling at the pigeon island to see the beautifull corals, colour full fishes and turtles as well.stay at thenilaveli/trincomalee.

Day 3

Beach stay.

Day 4

Morning leave to habarana. Lunch at habarana. Afternoon visit to the minneriya national park to see the wild elephants gathering. Stay at habarana/sigiriya.

Day 5

Morning visit to sigiriya fortress. Then to polonnaruwa. Back to habarana/sigiriya.

Day 6

Morning leave to kandy en route visit to dambulla cave temple,then to kandy sight scene,cultural dance show and tooth relic temple stay at kandy.

Day 7

Morning visit to the botanical garden and then proceed to Colombo via pinnawala elephant orphanage.

Plan 3

Day 1

Morning leave for Anuradhapura (3rd century BC-8th century AD) via Puttalam. Afternoon sightseeing of the ancient city. If time permits visit Mihinthale(Cradle of Buddhism) Overnight Anuradhapura.

Day 2

Day 3

Morning proceed to Kandy visit the 5th century Sigiriya rock fortress en route. Evening visit the Dalada Maligawa the golden roofed Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. Overnight Kandy.

Day 4

Morning leave for Arugambay(east coast) via Mahiyanganaya, Maha Oya, Siyabalanduwa. Overnight Arugambay.

Day 5

Arugambay at leisure. Enjoy the sun surf and sand. Best between April-Nov. Arugambay is rated 3rd among the best 20 surfing destination in the world. Overnight at Arugambay.

Day 6

Morning proceed to Udawalawe National park via Monaragala, Wellawaya. Overnight at Udawalawe.

Day 7

Afternoon proceed to Colombo visiting Rathnapura(Gem city) en route.
